It just means you have to pass verification. Good news comes with bad news when it comes to stronger verification: the bad news is that it's harder to verify, but the good news is that if you still find a way to verify, the fact that you passed a hard verification means your account is a whole lot stronger now.
Same with bank drops, an in person opened acc is much stronger, because its of course harder to open an acc irl than online.
