IntelBroker's aka (Breachforums Owner ) Telegram account was deleted in the last 24 hours, What does that mean? I guess fedded or not fedded?

A telegram account being deleted doesn't mean anything. Telegram is probably in fuck zone after french feds arrested the owner. If he was fedded would they not want to force him to keep the account ?
