Metal Gear Portable Ops for PSP was good if I remember right.

For a modded PSP, installing emulators for older systems like SNES or N64 is nice. If you're looking for great pure PSP games, you can't go wrong with God of War and any of the Grand Theft Auto games. If you're into RPG's, Final Fantasy Crisis Core is also really good. And if you like racing games, the Wipeout and Need for Speed series are great.

For 3DS, there are a lot of options when it comes to great ROMS. The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time is a classic normally for the N64, but the 3DS port is good. Cave Story is a really beautiful platformer. And any of the 3DS Metroid games like Metroid: Samus Returns, are super good (including ones for SNES and GBA if you install an emulator). And obviously everyone loves Smash Bros and Mario Kart.

Need for speed is not bad, I usually like to do some Mario games, my favorite is Super Mario 3D Land
