Greetings friends, 

I'm interested in knowing if any of you guys have had a play around on I2P and more importantly what you guys think of it.  
(both pros and cons)

I feel like it is slowly becoming a more adopted tool by the community and am wondering if I'm missing anything on I2P that I'm not getting from TOR

i had to use i2p last year as dread was under ddos. i didn't find it as convenient as tor. you had to set it up but then it run smoothly. still i prefer tor because i can just start my browser and i'm ready

Personally I find i2p better but they both fill slightly different niches I2P isn't a drop in replacement for tor and vice versa. Aside from that, I2p lacks the simplicity of tor with regards to a readymade browser bundle but i2p provides, for example provides better tools for managing hidden services out of the box.

google i2p vs tor for some articles explaining the differences for both technologies. personally i am using tor all the time and almost never i2p because its more easier to use especially on my mobile telephone

TOR is best for browsing web. i2p is better for hidden services.
i2p can do UDP
Features I really like in i2p which are not found in TOR:
Packet switched instead of circuit switched
Unidirectional tunnels instead of bidirectional circuits
