Well that is situational. You could find it in a dump or if its a password protected document like a PDF then Johntheripper has a toolkit to extract that hashes.

thanks a lot dude, I was thinking about spending time coming up with some rules just the other day but like you say, i'd rather just get that from people smarter than me
