What if Ukraine wins the war but everything is gone half of the population is gone infrastructure looted stolen Ukrainian art being sold basically everything is gone and also agriculture is no longer viable since everything covered in landmine not very far fetched

The only benefit of the UK leaving the EU is that if Ukraine wins, they've also applied for EU membership, which means the countries restoration will be paid by other EU members...

I might be wrong but I feel that if Ukraine wins it will not be free becasue it will take forever to pay back UK, US and others. If Ukraine will loose, it is not going to be free becasue Russia will take over. Catch22.
