Your imei is till given to your esim provider, if you have a way to edit the imei, then you have a Truly anonymous phone. Otherwise this is just semantics. Do you know any app or software that can edit the imei of the hardware of the phone? if so please drop that in here. Another thing is browser fingerprint, you would need an antidetect browser which changes browser fingerprint consistently on the phone, that also is a bit iffy , as tech has gotten so good at detecting spoofing, so would need to change actual device parameters the browser is installed on.

I'll throw out a little free guide here for you on how best to set it up.

Fraud is becoming more hotter in Europe, and the police are getting better at catching you and busting your ano-smartphones.

In my eyes, a Google Pixel is best suited as an ano phone. I use the 7 Pro, but the 6A will do.
IPhones please only the latest and no FaceID, 16 character password and disable ICloud backup.
But with IPhones I have personally made too little experience to be able to say something.
