If you're able to use a different TLD (Domain.{TLD}) then you could use Monero to purchase one on https://njal.la, if it HAS to be a .ru TLD then you could try https://nicenic.net/, I believe they accept Monero/XMR (Not entirely sure), but they have a priority on privacy (It's what BF uses), although it's quite a bit more expensive than other Domain Registrars.
