Do you want to have a anonymous cell line and number in Canada for Opsec or other operation ?
This is my step by step method :
1) buy a prepaid credit card like MasterCard Vanilla (Gaz station, 7eleve ...)
2) With this credit card buy a lucky mobile multi sim 5$ (same kind of store than 1)
3) because Lucky mobile will not accept your prepaid credit card to activate your line , you need to go to www.recharge.com to buy prepaid plan with you prepaid credit card.
You can enter random information for Name and etc.
4) Download lucky mobile app on your cell ,and the number of your new sim , and the prepaid plan credit .... and you are done ! (as specified in the app , if you are a tourist you can enter address of your hotel or etc ... )
It"s better to use a new cell phone or a 2nd hand , and use a public wifi spot do to the registration
