It's my own tut so let me tell you

1) Download Russian Spyware TLuncher: https://tlauncher.org/en/
2] Install TL
3) Switch to "Login Without Password "Cracked accounts""
4) Enter Username of the guy you want. [Example: Notch]
5) Pick a server and enjoy!

Notice: If the server have auth plugin then try use some tools for the password.

It's kinda old tut but still works.

btw, you don't have to use only cracked usernames, it works with legit minecraft users.
