I want to enter a site, but I don't have very advanced knowledge. I'm trying to do something with "nmap and sqlmap" but I can't succeed, can you help? (When I start "sqlmap" with proxychains the scan takes too long)

I would suggest you sign up to a site like TryHackMe and grind thru all the beginner courses so you can learn more about what you are trying to do.
