I use some FULLZ database to make a query robot, but the database content is limited, many SSN can not be queried, where is the SSN LOOK API, I need them

If I have an API, do I still need to be a robot? I only need to have a permission to use, and your database content is not enough, many SSN can not be queried
My goal is to make a robot that 99% of SSNS can lookup
