from what I was reading besides ShapeShift, BitQuick and LocalBitcoins.com, Paxful and DameCoins, you can check out Coingate, Lobstr, Paybis and Coinmama, which allow you to buy Bitcoin anonymously (however, in some of them it will cost you 5% or 10% more). Another way are peer-to-peer platforms (such as LocalBitcoins and Paxful) do not require you to use a credit card. These are the best platforms to go to if you are looking for how to buy Bitcoin without verification. Although that said, be careful, you run the risk of getting scammed or robbed.
There are also places that require a minimum identification and not necessarily your real identity, such as Zengo or BitQuick.
