You'd need access to a bunch of hacked systems like IP camera's,routers,DVR's pretty much anything that runs linux and usually has poor update maintenance and weak or default credentials would be good that you could send commands too so you could point them all to go watch your video or watch your tiktok. You can't run a script that sends 800 requests for your youtube video because they will all show as coming from the same address so instead you need thousands of unique IP addresses all watching your video with spoofed browser user agents for windows/linux/macos so they appear like they are just a bunch of regular users watching your video.

It's a lot of work for some views if you don't already have access to a large number of infected hosts to command but luckily for you there are people who do this already and have the access to a few hundred thousand hosts that will sell you as many views as you want so that would be much easier unless you want to get into building a botnet to sell other services yourself otherwise it would be smarter to just buy the views.
