I just don't understand why we're trying to subsidize meat with other products when vegetables etc in their own right are massively delicious, India kinda perfected that without needing to cook stuff with 100 chemicals, carcinogens in a lab when a 1000's years old culture already nailed it.

Burgers have existed in a time window of fuck all in the grand scheme of history, why the rush to replace those? It's the attitude to fast food in general that needs to change
