Not in the slightest, if you do not understand what the output is supposed to look like how can it help you. I am sick of hearing AI, AI, AI, its just painful, fucking even TVs fucking have it.

Having an assistant has certianly helped walk me through a few tech issues, other than that, just making slop like memes etc
