The UK gov system had a misconfigured cdn issue that expose a lot of their users.
I was able to extract more than 1M of users and a few more data.
Here is a partial database from their service with almost 80k of user
Data extracted: Username,password

I plan to release every data on UK gov I will just wait for the right moment.

Good shit. Looks to have come from service.gov.uk. It's shocking that one of the most powerful countries in the world stores passwords for their government portal in plain text.
