who thinks there should be a page/service where people ask each other anonymously for dox/tracking help if exchange wanted then u can trade data for it but no money rn just data atp a friendly Hunting ground as we call it if so vote

Better then skids etc asking for help in the sb and it will include no JavaScript enabled full html/css maybe php but everything will be monitored to ensure security and if breached or taken down the enemy will be eliminated and services will be restored

lol yeah i did this so BUT if SOMEONE or me makes a trustable network of mods,filtering unwanted content with all measures taking with taking more tactics for end-to-end privacy to keep unwanted events from happening and some deals with admins i believe someone could make it happen
you would need a very strict and trusted network like the C.I.A does (fan of dumb fed but we like the smart ones)
u would need to 
1.Write the code
2.Test
3.Make scripts for the resources need to be taken advantage of 
4.to make the service more powerful buy access to botnet or make your own 
5.After testing code and all security flaws with a system set up to trace and attack any threats 
6.Publish service make all code actually useless if stolen or breached no REAL data will be stored on servers 
7.All POSSIBLE traces wiped from the system server is ran on every 2 days the server could replicate or restart with all data moved
8.Make it so if the service is ever exposed make sure to use infected victim network for your operations so no traces are actually left but a hidden system running on victims machine then it moves to the next 
9.For better opsec, false expose yourself so people are dumb enough to follow the trail so if your operations are ever in danger u have a head start on running
