either buy crypto on a public exchange and mix and swap it.
or earn it. its just a currency.
you can simply find many platforms which have very weak to no kyc. 
especially russian ones.

buy btc -> swap to xmr -> send do different wallets.
optionally swap multiple times.
dont overcomplicate it.
