Most recent record in the file is dated 2022 April, and most of the records are 2021, so it's not 2023 scrap.
The file has 35M lines, but it contain only 14M contacts, because "PROFILE_SUMMARY", "PROFILE_LINKEDIN_HEADLINE",  "PROFILE_POSITION_DESCRIPTION" are spread across multi lines
Out of those 14M contacts, if you disregard the "PROFILE_USERNAMES" field which contains non-sense emails in the format firstname.lastname@companydomain.com
there are only ~300K contacts with email
Also "PROFILE_PHONES" contain company phone, not person phone
Pretty much useless

The email seems to only follow the firstname.lastname@company_domain pattern, dont think I have seen any personal email that is linked to the account
