For Windows or Android mainly. I can make it look modern with Qt or do it low level with Win32 API so it has minimal dependencies and size. Qt is tens of megabytes while Win32 can be made with tens of kb. It will have any basic functionality that u need. Giving 2-3 vouch copies(reasonably sized projects) as I have found this forum super useful so I'll try to contribute plus kinda a noname here. If all goes nicely then I'll start selling the service. Can also run a no distributed private runtime FUD scan with 5 paid AV engines if needed.
