If the crack was real and just replaced a DLL file and or changed a few bytes in a application, it shall not be flagged as an virus, and definitely not by Windows Defender. That is quite sad to be honest. Also you said in one of the readme files that you wanted to protect your method? The file is literally under ZIP -> Folder -> ZIP -> Folder and packed, that is not normal. I am really doubting this, please provide VT links for the other files as well.
