Maybe You can check "inviZible pro" in PlayStore and make some tries..
 also, You can use i2p on android, and some apps dedicated to i2p..

Install a custom rom like lineageos or divestos, e.foundation  if you have the means grapheneos remains the best (the means are for the purchase of the google phone). take a rom with microg to simulate google services if you need applications that require them. Install the app store F-droid and aurora. Change your webview to mulch (on divestos it's the default). use orbot or mullvad but if you look hard enough you'll find what you're looking for in f-froid. In any case, try to use opensource systems and applications as much as you can.
