Yes, indeed I checked it now and only 200k has crap and duplicate hashes.. 
and I think this is something else that Vinny Troy mentioned in his blog

perhaps Vinny Troya meant passwords from the "user" table, they are in bcrypt format, and not passwords from the merchant
