I paid for two different DBs on two separate occasions and both times the links were dead. I reported the post with the reason set as Other and explained that the post links were dead and the credits require refunding. I still have not had my credits refunded and there has been no response. I just want either working links or my credits back. 

Has anyone else also had this issue?, and if so how do you resolve it.

Assuming You could sent a PM to any moderator about that.

Btw, an advice, better to see if someone recently sent a positive msg for your wanted DB, and if not just sending a msg to ask if the link is dead or not, if someone who has already unlock the DB could check for you.
