I do not care about other forums. In this case I definitely would not pay before any job is done. I have quite long list of people that I would like to annoy, so if you would ban one instagram and facebook account, I can pay you $100 week after the accounts are banned and another $100 after another week (of course if they are still banned), just to make sure this person cannot simply appeal the ban.
