Since BeEF relies primarily on browser attacks, a common method of attacking Android devices is through phishing attacks.
So I suggest that you should use BeEF to create a seemingly legitimate web link to induce the target to click and access the link. When a target device visits your phishing page, BeEF injects malicious code in the background and establishes a connection on the target device.
Once the target device is connected to BeEF, you will be able to see the device in the BeEF console. You do this by accessing a specific phishing link through the target device's browser.
After that you can via JavaScript you can try to perform the APK file download.
Downloaded APK files may require users to manually open and install them on Android devices.
