They aren't all from Apollo... about 75% are in previously leaked Apollo data. A lot of the data appears to have come from LinkedIn. Quite possible other sources as well (especially the list of just emails).

You seem to be the second one in this list begging for credits, either buy them or earn them, both quit crying about it. This shit pisses me off, I got mine the old fashion way, I earned them without beggin' for shit. Try that for a change.
  Of course, both have no REPUTATION, which figures. Earn that too, by contributing something, even if its useless shit, as long as its not been posted before. That is how you EARN your credits. Try it, before crying about not having credits.
