Hello,

I am trying to build a RAT APK for Android using Crax RAT on Windows. However, when I run the APK generation process, it either gets stuck or shows an error at "Building resources".

✅ What I’ve Tried:

Installed Java (JDK 17) and ensured it's added to the system PATH.

Checked dependencies like apktool, apksigner, and zipalign.

Disabled antivirus and Windows Defender to prevent interference.

Tried running Crax RAT as an administrator.


Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this problem before, or does anyone have a solution?

You need to be more clear.

How are you using this RAT with metasploit? You did not provide the correct commands. Most people will not use this RAT with metasploit. The RAT will by itself set its own communication. Are you trying to get this RAT to install then run metaploit post exploit with it? This is unecessary and won't work.

Stop building on your own machine first. Use an rdp server. Are you using a pirate version of it or github version? You should provide censored logs about the compilation
