So the process to finding them is a bit complicated:

1. Download TOR.
   
2. Play through "Welcome to the Game", or watch a playthrough of the game by Markiplier, SomeOrdinaryGamers, or Pewdiepie. NOT Jacksepticeye, this is important to remember.
   
3. Download a ROM of Pokemon Blue, trade a pokemon with Surf and Strength into your game, and push the pickup truck. Get the Arceus hidden underneath it, he'll be carrying Oak's letter.
   
4. Take Oak's letter to the professor, and he will tell you "Wtf, wrong game dude", before crying hyperrealistic blood and screaming a series of letters and numbers.
   
5. These letters and numbers will correlate to a TOR address, so be sure to write them down.
   
6. Once you go to the TOR address, enter your home address and the phrase "The Crow Caws at Midnight"
   
7. In roughly 30 minutes, your front door will begin glowing, and you will be greeted by the 3 letter agency dudes. Tell them you're looking for Red Rooms, and they will give you the help you need.

My bad, you needed to:

1. Turn off your computer
   
2. Make sure it powers down
   
3. Drop it in a 43-foot hole in the ground
   
4. Bury it completely*
   
5. Burn all the clothes you may have worn any time you were online.
   

*Rocks and boulders should be fine.
