after going through the list i found 146,178,705 valid credentials and 709,431 records with either a malformed email address, html in the either the email or the password, unknown chars, and a bunch of other things that make them require a closer look. the original dataset was around 220m if I'm not mistaken, did you already truncate about 75m?

Yes, I cut a few million since they were duplicated, also some of the lines in the leak were hashed and I got rid of them.
