CMIT is a sub-company of Microsoft China and CETC (China Electronic Technology Company, a Chinese state-owned company), who makes a special version of Windows 10 for Chinese government.
Most of its users are Chinese state-owned companies. Here is a database including their email, login and last active time on the CMIT's user data uploading system. 432 users in all. 100$ for sale.
