As i write you in the SB, @mzkz has a MVP rank, @Ater has God, so they can put a advertisement in the signature
You make a new thread for ask money, advertising your wallet 
but you have not MVP rank or GOD, so you can't  make a advertisement (except in amrketplace id you want buy /sell  something)

but until they are not a rule about advertise your wallet and ask for money
I have ask to admin about, if this advertisement in signature are allowed or not
