Bitcoin uses an open blockchain so it's best to use XMR whenever possible even if it costs extra in fees or takes longer to set a smooth way of conducting business using XMR. It would be best if you looked into how XMR truly works though and how its features work to fully utilize this coin. LE have admitted to near enough not being able to track this coin or something along them lines I just can't remember lol

Don't worry, I have all the knowledge on how to use XMR or any other crypto unit, how to clear it. Most of the big players here know that you can't trade only with XMR all the time. I suggest you research how to trade cryptocurrencies like BTC, LTC, ZCASH etc. without kyc. A good start would be to not use any exchange service from BTC to Monero, but instead use the atomic swap feature. And you should stay away from specialized mixers, tumblers and coinjoiners except in rare cases. Because it won't work for cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, LTC, etc.

Go with Monero. If you're already familiar with Bitcoin it's practically the same thing, but with more privacy functions out the box.
