Are you talking about deepfakes? I think you are right but in the long run it will not work, I mean once the person finds out that they were scammed then they will seek to recover their account and the goal of a hacker is to go unnoticed

I think it goes beyond deepfake, because as for today we can do that easily with powerful GPU Metahuman is insane, but I think AI would be more efficient in acting as human and getting away with many blackhat thing, I do believe at some point AI would be more intelligent than human once we democratise Quantum Computing.

I think you have to gather OSINT information from the near people to the victim and then plan some kind of approach. There always is someone that send links of youtube or facebook videos and that does not have their accounts with MFA, or 2FA.
