I am currently interested in the efficacy of Darik's Boot and Nuke (DBAN) for comprehensive data destruction purposes, especially in the context of preventing potential forensic recovery of such data.

What do you think of this tool? Is it recommended and does it really work or do you have other suggestions? let us know in the reply section!

All SSD-drives will be completely wiped and the data destructed with just two writeovers.

As a matter of fact - NIST themselves recommend just one passover : "Overwrite EXT Command involves overwriting the data on a hard drive using a single pass of a fixed pattern such as zeros or a pseudorandom pattern. "
