The best Public Records finder system for US Public Records right now in my view is

Even though it is paginated, for each category, if you download the page for each category you will see they load the entire data series for the category inside Single webpage.

NOTE: PublicRecords.com, is an Intellus domain, so it kind of gives you an idea Where Intellus and others obtain a lot of data themselves.

Also there is very fast to simply use wget to grab entire site and have a local copy. I do this every few months and insert into my own database.

Another site been around for decades is https://publicrecords.searchsystems.net/, but much more of a Pain in the ass to deal with and parse.

I personally find Intelius.com incredibly, incredibly useful. It is a bit annoying - it has a dramatic progress bar type affair where it promises life-ruining dirt with breathless hyperbole. However, it is good for getting an address history and up to date cell-phone details.

It is very useful for doxing and social engineering.

Not saying use Intellus, am saying they are ones giving the Public Records links here, obviously they use some of these as sources to obtain the data themselves

good post. how do you make a your own database off of this, similar to a background checker. im aware that background checking sites rely on databrokers aswell and getting customer data to put you on public records.
