What constitutes leeching/spamming

Greetings, BreachForums.

I've been looking around this site and noticed that there are a lot of members who are getting banned for leeching. I gave the rules a quick look and they say:

Quote:"'Leeching' is the act of only taking and not giving. We suggest posting some Threads to avoid being banned if you commonly use the forums and reply to a lot of posts to unlock content (This Rule does not apply to Ranked users who people who have paid for Credits).

This small stanza is pretty vague. Obviously I get the point of it, post some stuff that actually matters, but I don't know the exact limits of what constitutes leeching or not. Obviously, I want credits, but I'm afraid that I'll mess something up and get my account banned for leeching because I'm not trying to engage properly enough. Additionally, I see people getting banned for spammed, which isn't listed separately, though the idea of spam is pretty general. What makes the two distinct? What makes one the cause of a ban and not the other?

Not trying to break rules and such, I just want credits and to engage with the community for said credits. I wanna make sure I, and anyone else who want to avoid the same fate, don't break the leeching or spamming rules.

I totally agree with you, the criteria for judging "leeching" behavior is too vague. I was banned for “leeching” two days ago. Although I have been released now, I still don’t understand their criteria for judging and which of my comments made them think I violated the rules.

It's just for their convenience to be able to ban some accounts anytime.

What makes me scratch my head is those threads where you have to reply to view the content. How am I supposed to contribute in a meaningful way if I haven't seen the content yet? And I can't even base my reply on other people's replies because they're all just saying stuff like "thanks" or "I'll chck it out". It's kinda counterproductive in my opinion

why people choose to be leecher: it's not intentionally. if you are a subhuman nigger and just want to download shit without providing ANYTHING at all, you are a leecher
what constitutes it: being a nigger and not adding value to the forum you are benefitting
how to stop it: just stop being a nigger
