The TOS on the website is different because there are certain rules that we must follow and an organization that controls our website assumes that customers are using it in accordance with the TOS. However, your service will not be suspended for reasons in the TOS. But of course, certain categories such as terrorism and child abuse will never be tolerated and will suspended right away.
Other than that, your services will not be suspended for reasons such as phising, hacking, DMCA, scanning, Spamhaus and so on.
