BUG Black and Blue Themes Not Applying Correctly

There appears to be an issue with the theme selection feature. Clicking the Black theme does nothing, while clicking the Blue theme actually switches to the Black theme. Additionally, refreshing the page resets the theme back to the default Blue theme.
