A few days ago, almost every thread which you needed to reply to unlock started costing 8 credits. This includes threads in the General Tutorials section, Giveaways & Freebies section, and a few others. This has lead to many threads which were intended to be free by the author to now be locked behind a paywall, which is especially obvious with threads that have something like "[FREE]" in their title yet cost 8 credits to unlock now.
I've asked about it in the Shoutbox and was told that it's a bug, and apparently this even affects those who have bought an upgrade for their account as well, because they now would also have to pay 8 credits for content which they were able to see automatically and for free before. I've personally been affected by this after posting a thread in the General Tutorials section, which was meant to be a free guide that you only had to reply to unlock, but now unintentionally costs credits like all the other threads. I have already received questions from people about whether my thread is legitimate or if my tutorial actually works, which makes sense from their perspective because they don't want to waste credits for no reason, but it's an uncomfortable position for me to be in since I didn't want my thread to cost anything in the first place, and I can imagine that other people with similar threads feel the same...
I would be very happy if this issue could be addressed, thanks in advance!
