Should I get a job?

That actually sounds like a smart and realistic idea. If money is tight, getting a part-time job in your town is probably the safest way to go. It gives you some breathing room financially and lets you move toward solar step by step instead of rushing into something expensive. You can start small, learn what really works for you, and upgrade later when you’re more comfortable. It’s slower, sure, but it’s a lot less stressful and way more sustainable in the long run.

Can you even afford it with a part-time job?

Carefully check whether your government offers any assistance for the installation of solar panels; some countries do an you will get some cashback.
