However, if you like to spend credits, read on. This is a good example of what I do with data:
I took the 14GB file and converted from UTF-16 to UTF-8, to turn it into a 7GB more manageable file.
I removed the 100,000s of NULL characters at the end of the file
I removed the lines with garbage (stuff other than an email address)
I deduplicated it from 332,970,064 emails to 282,977,540 emails.
I sorted it
I compressed it to 1.2GB.
I uploaded to a file transfer site that is fast
