Just commenting randomly like saying thanks, or thanks for sharing is not fair enough for gaining access to the data or any leaks.
I recommend that accessing quality combos and leaks should have a minimum credit requirement.

For Example : Gaining access to combos and exclusive content you should be atleast at level 30 (Credits)
This not only encourages people to be active but avoids spamming in quality threads,

For new users, I think giving a taste of what they are getting is good enough for them to be active in this forum, tools, give aways etc is good enough.

This makes forum and user a bit more competitive and active (also encourages user to purchase)

For usernames its currently awsome. I wouldn't think about it that much. But 1 thing : Showing levels with usernames would be so damn hollywood + encourage users to be active and improve their level.
