I agree with what Reiko said ngl but If I had to say anything else to change in the short time I have been here is :
- Trying to make other sections more active. DB's are always going strong and that's nice but it would be good to try to expand more
-  Wayyy more active Staff, more Admins than Mods. I can't get a response even If i wanted to
