How are these "PayPal targeted"? These are just emails from the 2018 Shein breach (https://breachforums.bf/Thread-SHEIN-Dat...ight=shein). As far as I know, payment methods were not disclosed in the breach. So is this just a random 4,000 emails from the Shein breach?
