I have yet to see any truly inaccurate information (sometimes a screenname will be "wrong", but it turns out the person changed their screenname).

Gotcha.

If you looked through the 200M dataset, it would only be there if your email address had leaked before around 2021 (the person that scraped that data through the Twitter API took email addresses from previous breaches to see if there were Twitter accounts associated with them).

If you looked through the 2.8B dataset, you should definitely be listed in there if your account was created by early November, 2022 (if you changed screennames, you'd need to search on the old one or your user ID). I haven't seen any accounts yet created before November, 2022 that weren't in there.

FYI, I just updated my 2025 Twitter 2.8 Billion breach analysis at https://gofile.io/d/l6lbY9 .

I'm also hoping to upload files with screennames, so that people can easily verify the 2.8 billion number themselves, without a massive download or expert knowledge. Split into files with the first 2 characters (e.g. someone with the screenname "example" would be in a file "ex.txt"). A spreadsheet will show how many screennames are in each file. The spreadsheet will show a total of 2.8 billion screennames... you can pick a file and make sure it seems right (e.g. that the number of lines matches the spreadsheet, and that X reports them as valid users).
