i dont know if you can find the accounts but there are some reverse phone number lookup services that may help you find some information about the person

- search the number on various search engines (google, yandex, baidu, etc)
- use online lookup tools like the other guy posted
- you can add the phonenumber to your phone and check social medias like whatsapp, telegram, tiktok which suggest other accounts based on your contacts
- you can search through large db leaks that include phone numbers (for ex. the twitter one or the facebook one) The easiest way to do that is prob by using illicit
