I think it's fake American personal information

It is FAKE.
While emails might be ok (i matched some 15-20% in my dbs)
phones are all fake (less then 1% are ok)

You & I have something in common, we both CHECK the shit posted, to make sure its REAL & not just a bunch of fucking crap that only the stupid would want, to impress their dumb-ass friends & never bother checking to make sure its REAL & not a waste of time, then sharing what we can PROVE, so that other Smucks don't get fucked & waste their time. 
   GOOD JOB !! When I say something, I back it up with proof, just to show my results. Try doing that too, so clowns don't call you a liar & start pissing you off. lol !! Then, it gets into a pissing contest. lol !

  As the dude said before (which you should have read, its not good data. But the only thing he forgot to do was show his results, to prove what he said, which helps YOU to make up your mind about wasting your time downloading it. I hope he will take my advice (for what its worth) & do that next time. I always show what I find, so I don't get into a pissing contest over telling the truth. Personally, I'd check the SSN's, if they are no good, nothing is worth having. Don't use PayDay loan bull-shit to check them, use something that you know for a FACT is real.
