There not publicly sold, 0days are found/bought privately buy governments/ or state actors and anyone selling one only goes thru trusted private exploit brokers. Think about it if someone sold you a 0day to a popular highly desired app then you go and use it without cleaning up the traces left by the exploit and BOOM now it's not a 0day anymore trendmicro is already typing up a blog post about how they spotted a new 0day in the wild now there exploit is burnt because of someone they sold it too. Besides a 0day in default windows or other popular targets go for 500K+. The only other way they are traded is from security researchers that report them for a bounty reward or actor that find and use them themselves.
0day.today is a scam because all they have there is public exploits they are trying to sell. Like I said 0days are not publicly sold. When they are sold behind closed doors they hundreds of thousands of dollars because they are usually sold on a basis that the exploit will only be sold to one party. |
